officer

he

officer
license

detective
license
for

in
law
enforcement
for
27
years,
having
started
in
Candian
County
under
Sheriff
Lewis
Hawkins
in
1996.

his

His
prior
experience

years

working

on

he
has

forensic
expert
in
various
courts
of
law.

1,000
years
in
prison
sentences
have
been
imposed
for
child
sexual
abuse,
child
pornography,
child
sex
trafficking,
and
child
criminal solicitation as a result of his investigations.
